Hmm... Let's see apa cucu-cucu sulung berdua ni suka buat every weekend.
Budak2 kecik kalau dah terlalu letih bermain, dia bantai je tido kat mana2, anytime, anyplace dia boleh switch to hibernate mode! Anakku... anakku... sungguh menghiburkan!

1. You've gotta watch this!: 25.04.2006, kt umah lama, USJ. Aleesya must've been really tired when I recorded this. To add to that, she was actually still chewing coffee candy when she fell asleep! Jet lagged kot, masa tu baru balik dari NL. Dia tak leh adjust clock dia lagi. Asal penat je terus hibernate. Dia tgh bz main dlm rumah, while my eyes were fixated on the telly. Tetiba tak kedengaran dah hingaq dia terkekek2, bile paling kanan, rupe2nye dia dh lelap, separuh badan atas sofa, kaki masih tegak atas lantai. Punye la kaki dia tegak-bengkok nk support badan yg dah half way menuju ke alam tido... kakakakaka
She did the same thing masa jalan2 kat The Hague, also with the same Haagsche Hopjes coffe candy still in her mouth! Dah la tu, pakai baju sejuk, kaku je in the cold. *giggles*

2. Tido... kat luar rumah. This was in July, sebulan sebelum pindah ke rumah baru. Baru pasang rumput. So, sedap la nak golek2. Tambahan angin kuat masa tu, sejuk je dok bawah redup. She actually fell asleep!  - Aleesya @ 22 months old

Pesta Makanan Mingguan

Nama En Azly kita memang sudah sinonim dgn 'maju ke depan' *erks, jgn marah yang, nanti kene jual.*  Mana tak ke depan, look at these food he cooked last weekend! 
He puts so much effort in ensuring the food preparation is perfect.
Mashed potato tu waktu first time buat, tak menjadi, so he pushed on the 'retry' button and made another one - Voila! Perfecto!
Chicken chop dgn grilled chicken tu tak yah ckp la, mmg sedap giler. I would strongly recommend them.  Dimasak dengan our Tefal portable grill and wok yang kami dapat percuma. Lepas ni nak buat barbeque tarak hal lah! En Azly kita dah terror perap the butterflied chicken thighs; ready to grill!
Coincidentally, my parents and Auntie Neli bebudak ni datang makan lunch. Apa lagi, kami saji le diorang dgn grilled chicken. Pulak tu, diorang datang bukan bawak tong kosong, ada Kenny Rogers Roasters... masak nasi aje pun dah cukup... kenyang bedal ayam...
All I can say is... thanks hubby for lifting some of my house chores burden by volunteering to cook for us every once in a while. Muakks!

To my bosom buddy, Maya Isyanni, here's wishing you & Pak Wan CONGRATULATIONS!  on the birth of your daughter. Adam now has a little sister, somebody who cold look up to him 
Maya had safely delivered a huggable baby girl in Gleneagles. However, Maya had checked out much faster than I could vroom over to peek-a-boo on the new bundle of joy. So I tried my very best to remember the route to her house in Ampang, with the directions drawn on a piece of paper, in my mouth. Drove there during the peak of Friday's after office hour!
Both Mama & Baby are in their pinkiest of health.
I hope the following stats are accurate:

(We had a chat on what to name our next child, coincidentally, the name 'Azalea' had always been our personal pick. Well, first-come-first-served!)

Maya's going through her confinement in her parent's place in Penang. Pak Wan drives there every weekend to nestle with their family of four.

July 2007 - Reunion Month
|

July 2007 ialah bulan reunion, sebab I've old friends contacting me again, and it feels nice knowing that they still remember me *Sayu*  May be sebab I remember their birth dates and would sms them everytime their birthdays come. Luckily their Hp numbers remain the same. Kalau tak, kadang2 bila call, ah lien (atau alien  ) yang menjawab. Mcm mana leh jadi gitu.
So, this month Alang atau nama sebenar Ruslinda, cek mek come lote mek kelate kite from matriculation days in STAR (way back in 1996) bertemu semula di ruangan sms dan alam maya, sebab birthday dia in July. Yang aku tau dia dok Seremban. Last skali terserempak dgn Alang kat Ikea, time tu kitorang tgh sibuk layan anak2 memasing kat kids section, semua nak main je. Lately kami sempat bertukar2 gambar. And kalau kawan2 lama yang nak tau perkembangan atau penguncupan Alang, teng teng teng... ni dia (Alang still looks great):

Tomorrow's Mission

Maya yang menggendong perut ke kenduri Hanna (Che Lynn) on 070707 in Ipoh had given birth to a princess today  So me going to raid her & baby in Gleneagles tomorrow to check out the baby stats. Since our friend Che Lynn's office is in Cyberspace and mine is in Damansara, therefore she won't be able to join me in the mission, and just in case Che Lynn's wondering what I've bought for Maya (Che Lynn & I are sharing the present), here's how it looks like:
  
Gambar quality mcm hampehs gilos sebab digicam dh setahun rosak x berganti. Alternatifnya pakai video cam lak terambik night vision. Camera phone ade tapi dua2 notebook punye bluetooh xleh pakai plaks. Aku bkn reti nak perbetul. Blasah aaa...

A Humble Beginning - Dedication to a Friend

070707 - The special date that a best friend ties the knot with the beau of her life. I hope I'm not too late to wish her Congratulations! I guess I'm not - afterall, I was there - at the wedding, not just as a guest, but as a woman witnessing her friend ending her bachelor life. Most importantly, I'm overjoyed to play a big role preparing and QA-ing her beau's hantaran before the big rombongan.
Pada hari itu, hujan rahmat membasahi bumi. Dengan sekali lafaz, Hanna sah menjadi isteri seorang insan bernama Hafiz. Kedengaran hadirin menghela nafas panjang. Terror gak Hafiz ucap lafaz nikah tanpa pakai mic - crispy, crystal clear gile...
It was a day of reuniting two cultures.
It was a day of reuniting the bonds of old, long-lost friends separated over the years.
Some even come down from Perlis and Penang just to see the man who sweeps Hanna's feet away. Ada yang datang bukan sahaja berdua, malah bertiga, berempat, ber-spare tyred... sebab dah punya anak...
Our buddy since computer science school days, Maya, pun turun dari Penang dengan menggendong perutnya yang sarat 8 bulan sambil heret her high school sweetheart *now husband* and darling son, sebab semangat nak makan nasi minyak kawan, eventhough acara mentedaghah dah 1 jam habis.
Check out the hantaran from the groom's side (aku le yang buat). Entitled 'Captivated Love' - depicted by the theme of bird cages, the hantarans were handcrafted specially for her big day. I'm glad that everybody, especially the mempelai, love my air tangan. Not to mention my mom's kek lapis as part of the hantaran (yang diorang bawak masuk ke dapur lepas tu tak keluar2 dah)
Many thanks to dear hubby for driving us to Ipoh (ala mcm le jauh bebenor) and for agreeing to put up a night there sebab nak attend both the nikah and sanding events. It was like a mini honeymoon for us - with our ever-bubbly kids included

When everybody in Arinso is humming in preparation for the company trip to Perth on 31.08.2007, I've to focus all my attention into fully utilizing that long weekend break breathing in the spirit of my blood-spill land Malaysia's 50 years of Independence. Happy Birthday my Malaysia.  Those who go on the trip tu rugi la tak tengok the country's 50th birthday celebration. Lagipun, apsal korang tak cuti2 Mesia je, kan patriotik, gitu... Hehe bkn aku jeles tak pegi trip tu tapi kalo pegi, kene bawak askar 3 orang kt umah tu, bile pikir balik, baby Danish ku kecik lagi, payah nak jaga kang. Sanggup ke kowang layan buas dia. Kakak dia confirm buli punye. Lgpun co. trip tak leh bwk famly members, klu tinggalkan budak2 tu, sian lak En Azly kite nak jaga diorang sorang2... lgpun, waktu tu, we hv sth to do abt the house, touch up sket... No worries mate, last time dah pegi Perth dok 4 bulan, dah dapat pegang kangaroo and I have my own koala bear at home (Danish suke melekap dekat mak dia ni) so klu xpegi this time hopefully x de la terasa sgt kot...
I know ramai org dh biasa study kt obersi and tak heran, tp aku nak story gak sbb aku tak study obersi. This is something to do with going to Perth la ni. Bukan nak brag la. Masa tu joined a student exchange program (Feb to June 2000 - 1 semester) kat Edith Cowan University, to replace latihan industry kat USM. Masa tu, Maya yang war-warkan kat bebudak ni that university ada buat iklan, sebab mak dia kerja dekat chancellery dept. Then we apply cepat2. Peh tu interview with a group of round-table panels and they’ll shoot you with well, questions. Streaming interview nya ikut batch, skali masuk interview ada la dlm 10 org. The main thing is you just need to be yourself and answer the questions fluently, and with facts of course. Even if you don’t have the facts, just bluff your way thru the interview, fluently! Haha.
Ramai lagi yang pegi, ada sorang budak Mass Comm from USM yang pegi with me, nama dia Ooi Bee Chin, dia ni tinggi, varsity volleyball player… another girl from Mass Comm is the now-famous Daphne Iking; host, tv presenter, model, etc. From Computer Science school, 2 orang gak yg pegi: tht’s me and Aleysha Abd Pakar. Aleysha lak pegi Univ of Minnesota, US. Seems like dia enjoy giler gi sana smpi tak nak balik. Ada gak yg gi Germany, winter plak tu (syok!)
I’ve no idea y I took the program up, malas nak pegi industrial training yang rata2 suruh interns buat kopi utk supervisor kot
As everybody expects, the student housing in that university or any overseas uni is far better than those in our IPTA, mostly. Mungkin skarang our IPTA dah melalui zaman reformasi upgrade, modification, or makeover mekap2 tu la... and Malaysia's private uni mungkin memang lawa (itu aku tak tau la). I know mine mmg tak best tahap gaban zaman tu. So biasakla jadi student kt obersi, 'peghak' la katakan, janggal la sbb there you don't have girls' asrama or boys' asrama... semua tinggal sebumbung! 6 to a house, SORANG SEBILIK tau, xde sharing2. Heaven. Tak yah berebut. Siap ada big kitchen (yes, you can cook, bake, and have parties. Ada big fridge and freezer taller than me, MICROWAVE OVEN! Kettle, hot water piping, piped gas supply, you name it! Nak cari tempat jual daging halal pun ade - travel sikit la, cume kene gi beli peralatan memasak sendiri takut org punggung putih tu semua makan daging Pokemon (u know what I mean). Kat local uni nak bawak iron and kettle pun tak leh sbb takut blackout. Chett!
Lagi, ada lounge area beserta set sofa, coffee table, dan... telepon intercom (bukan telepon chokia tau atau bukan pondok telefon where u have to q every day lps kelas sbb masing2 nak call boyfriend atau mak ayah). Klu yg mampu, bleh subscribe line telepon sendiri kat bilik - well... skrang budak2 sume dh ada henpon
...and I wld call it 'proper bathrooms' (ada shower screen tau), lagi satu... ada SOLAR HEATER beb (ye la sbb temperate country, duhhh...) - as opposed to our local uni yang shower dorms nya most of the time banjir (yuck, kene pakai slipar jepun and bawak baldi), yang tak de shower heads (bile air jatuh ke badan rase mcm kene timpa hail storm, klu yg kulit sensitip tu sure lebam2).
Some more kalau kaye, buleh bwk tv cucuk kat plug antenna dlm bilik sendiri. Ada laundry and DRIER! And to top that up, ada broadband internet atau LAN even kat dlm bilik student! *gasp* MMA.... Macam-Macam Ada lah...
Lagi satu kan... the student housing where I stayed tu dekat Joondalup campus, so mesra alam sket sbb located at the city outskirts. Kadang2 tengah gi laundry baju berselisih dengan kangaroo, dihidu2 nye kite. Careful, jgn kene flying kick-roo udah.
Eh, lagi satu kan, ni yg outrageous ni, dkt laundry area ada *bukan sanitary pad* tapi tampon vending machine, dengan *hahaha* condom vending machine. 20 sen je kuakuakua... in case of emergency
Pengalaman yg berbeza.... sekarang dah tak peghak dah hehehe

Mase keje di kompeni lama (Proton Edar) - bukan salesperson le, tapi SAP. HQ pindah dr Jln Ipoh ke USJ to its own Centre of Excellence. That's me and the rest are the SAP Basis consultants/engineers tht En Azly kite work closely with (dia tgh amik gambo). Aku? Xde fungsi penting pun, skadar verify data bersama Puan Guru yg jaga SAP SD (Idora) - she's still working there, and prolly ilmu SD dia dah tahap Gandalf the Grey). Manakala aku telah bertukar kompeni & tutup kitab SD & Logistics, amik HRMS le plak... apa itu? Ntah le. Makanan Jepun kot... kakaka...
Jeans tu size 25 tau, dh masuk muzium sbb dh x muat huu huu  2 kids later, azam masih membara utk kurus slps tgk gambar2 lama & betapa jeans itu membuatkan air liurku meleleh...

This is some sort of my account of personal graphic chronological log of thoughts, anecdote, memoir, blog, etc.
~ According to a bosom buddy, Maya, if you like to brag - then this blog can be nicknamed bragspot.fotopages.com , but me - no brag, of course, or just call this whatever you want.
~ A colleague, Adesh quotes ‘In 4-5 years to come I will be smiling to myself when i read all the memories that i might have forgotten if I didn't write it now...’
~ Another colleague, Hasnul puts up some rather interesting and creative excerpts of his life that can make you laugh as if there's no tomorrow.
~ However, a best friend, Daniel Scumgrief, on the other hand, has a different opinion about posting stuff on the internet.
~ Hanna, my best friend, had just got married on 070707, and even she had started a blog, so, Rina, why not; just as long as I publish safe information for viewing pleasure, ok la! Besides, this could be fun too!
